Parker Wood Handle Shavette Razor with 7 free blades

Real good shaver

I've tried lots of shavetts: Feather (great); Dovo sucks (blade loading); Parker which is almost as good as the Feather but slightly shorter blade. But Parker excels in that it's an easy, forgiving shaver with cheap blades available everywhere. The Feather is better-built, more stylish, but the Parker is fully functional. The wooden handle is prettier than the plastic and probably more lasting. The price is right for the Parker. Unloading the blade could be dangerous (awkward), but I kill the edge so it's safe to handle. This Parker is a GOOD find.

Parker Shavette Rosewood

The light weight took a little getting use too, but not a big adjustment. The rosewood looks great, and the build quality is solid. Great razor for those day you don’t feel like stroping.
