very cute

I recently purchased a haunted house at a garage sale minus the base so I bought one off the dept 56 website. Works well and I was really happy to find so many parts for various pieces on their website.

Out of box failure

Received the replacement part and inserted batteries and flipped the switch and all the replacement part did was lite up. Did not rotate and no sound. Called and was assured I would receive a replacement for the part I ordered and I have yet to receive the replacement. Still waiting!!
