We ordered our Austlen Entourage 2.0 double stroller through Amazon but once it arrived, we noticed one of the wheels wobbled and the stroller veered to the left. We contacted Austlen’s customer support via text. After providing them with a few pieces of key information to verify our Amazon purchase, they quickly mailed us a replacement set of wheels. Now our stroller is working great and no issues. We love it!
