Really delivers the "vintage" sound

I put this speaker into a heavily modified Gibson GA-15RVT and I'm very happy with the results. When I dial the amp & guitar in right, the speaker gives me a presence that doesn't overpower, as much bass as the circuit offers (which is a lot), and a top end like a cool drink of water -- a huge improvement over the old CTS speaker that was in there before. The WGS Veteran 10 is a beautiful complement to a "vintage" circuit, a strong last link in a signal chain. Highly recommended. (Clip is the middle position of an Original 50s Telecaster straight into the amp)

This speaker sounds real good played clean, which is what I normally play. I am combining it with a 12" WGS Black and Blue alnico for a contrast.
