Best Beef Marrow Bones Ever!

Thrilled that I have found a company that sells large marrow bones. These are seriously big, filled with marrow and when roasted with minced , fresh garlic, coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper just perfect. Will order again.

Here comes the good stuff

Real beef stock ! Roast the beef bones av Bout 20 minutes a side or more with onions carrots and celery with some of your favorite spices. Perhaps some parsley or dill or rosemary- maybe all three. Put the bones in a large stockpot add enough water cover about four inches. Bring to a lazy simmer. Continue cooking slowly for about 11 hours, skimming off the smutz every so often. It should be jelly after it cools.
