Beef Marrow Bones | Steakhouse Grade

Good quality and flavor

No complaints about these. Smoked them and made the marrow into a chimichurri....amazing.

Bones for making beef stock

The bones were packed in dry ice and arrived still frozen in there vacuum sealed container. I was more looking for beef neck and knuckle bones instead of beef marrow bones. I still made the stock and it turned out okay. Thank you for your service.

Awesome.
