Guava Purée (Pink Guava)

Demasiado dulce. Rico el sabor, pero incluso con agua parece almibar. Por favor empiecen a vender pulpas de las frutas sin azúcar.

I made guava mousse +layered whipped cream cups with this (they had them at the American Express airport lounge once and I was able to find a copy cat recipe online) that were so pretty and delicious for a baby shower I hosted, and a frozen optional mocktail/cocktail drink. Amazing.

The flavor is delicious but the bits of seed in the puree took away from the enjoyment of the product. I do plan to orderanother flavor without seeds because it really is good.
