1872 has an immediate citrus-like scent, then ages into a powdery after-effect. Overall it was a bit stinky, unappealing. I will not buy again.

Not as captivating as I remembered smelling it at saks back in the spring but being that we are now deep into fall I don’t feel like I’m giving the best point of view.
