Base Connector

The base connector fell into the base when I was trying to build it after moving. So glad I could but just this part! Worked like a charm and kiddo is back to jumping all day every day.

Customer service went above and beyond!! My package was missing all hardware and unfortunately I didn't notice until I was assembling it two days prior to opening my new playspace. I e-mailed support and was responded to almost immediately. They overnighted the hardware and I was able to finish assembling it in time for my opening! I am beyond impressed and the trampoline has been one of the biggest hits!! Thank You!
