Exceptional! I asked many pre buy questions, many about how to order. I had already established from other reviews that this was a quality product. Customer service is exceptional. I studied the install instructions pre buy, buy an 18mm long socket and don’t skimp on the plastic pry tools. I like the puzzle solving nature of these installs and the instructions were very helpful. The four latching tabs in middle of the bumper clearly did not have the advantage of married parents. The actual hitch install was anticlimactic. I took my time and broke nothing so install was more like 4 hours, however I’m an old fart. No electrics to install. One caveat to the rack only package. The 2” receiver is not robust enough to tow. You need to buy a ball mount if you want to tow. I bought a ball mount so as to have one for recovery. The hitch does not allow use of the BMW recovery eye. The locking mechanism is vault like and the hitch is serious iron. You will not be disappointed.
