Long Haul Briefcase . Classic

Hardgraft has great products I have been purchasing your products since 2005 till now. Only this time I had an issue with the duties that had to be paid on arrival, which I paid. I thought it would have been done by Hardgraft prior it arriving here. Anyway I email you 3 times about this issue and it was resolved. But would have been better if the response was more personal than an email saying it’s refunded. A bit of customer care, caring and communicating more with the customer would have been a better experience. But I will be purchasing again I hope in the near future when you exciting products come. As a happy user of many hardgraft products, I have been using the Flat Pack to cary my laptop around for many years.
