This company has a terrible return policy. I searched for a 16 ounce canteen and one of the options for colors was walnut and when I selected it, it automatically changed to 25 ounces which I did not catch until the order was already placed. If the walnut is not available in 16oz, it should not have appeared as a color option when you search for it. So now I have paid $9.95 to ship an item I didn’t want to me and another $9.95 to return it. They would not refund any of the shipping charges. Would not order from this website ever again.
