Placed order and was not informed the materials were not in stock until I called to ask why the delivery was taking so long. Agreed to ship the twelve (12) books they had and ship the remaining three (3) books when they were available. Received shipment with only two (2) books. Called concerning the last book and after several minutes, I was informed shipping manager insisted thirteen (13) books shipped with the initial order even though the shipping statement clearly showed twelve (12) shipped with three (3) to be shipped upon receipt. She refused to send the last book. Please be informed, we will no longer be ordering any materials from Onestone.
