This is the only electrolyte drink that both of my daughters will happily have, and as elite swimmers, hydration is crucial for them. I’ve recommended it to many friends and acquaintances within the swimming community and beyond, and it has always been well received.

Just superb. Great product. I find mixing it with a 50/50 pressed apple juice and water solution makes a far, far superior product than you can get in any sachet.
