Good Germination after prescribed " SOAK " { U Tube Video }
Performed 24 Hr. Bucket soak, Then 30 hr. in Damp Burlap Before immediate broadcast in Pond edge shallows. Seeds had 1/2 --> 1 " shoots ! Will follow up in advised 8 -- > 12 days to report on Emergent blades. jjc
