Surly Bridge Club Complete Complete Touring Bike

This was my first time buying a brand new bike and buying a bike without test riding it first. I was nervous and unsure due to the sizing chart provided by Surly and other forms online. I ordered a Large and contined doing research. The following day I reached out to change my order to a medium. Gravity Coalition called me and asked if I wanted to confirm my order. I was really unsure and Gravity Coalition provided additional information to confirm my order change. I was grateful for their phone call and honestly it shocked me. 3 days later, I received my bike via UPS and the bike was packaged very well.The standover on the bike fit me perfectly. The reach was not as comfortable as I wanted so, I ordered a shorter 60mm 7° Degree stem to have a more upright position. I couldn't be happier!
