First, it works, for me. It works well. It may take getting used to. The trick, indeed, is to not over-apply.

Smells great

Sam’s Bay scent smells good and stays smelling good all day. It is not an antiperspirant so wetness under arm might happen. I would rather be wet with natural ingredients than be dry with toxic ones. Have been using Sam’s for years and will continue to.

My Type of Deodorant

I have tried many different brands of deodorant to eliminate the irritation I experienced from these deodorants. I finally found Sam's Natural deodorant, and it solved the irritation problem. Not only that, it works very well and does not cause stains on clothing. Other skin sensitive deodorants did cause clothing stains. This is a great product for people who have sensitivity reactions.
