16g Rainbow Titanium Captive Bead Ring

way too small

I need to speak with someone about an exchange. All 3 Captive Bead Rings I received are much smaller than expected. I guess I'm not familiar enough with sizing. I wanted much larger rings to use in my ears. I also have arthritis in my hands so trying to work with something this small is impossible.
