jury is still out. I cant tell if its to soft and I need something a little firmer. The first few nights were not great but it seems to be getting better. Does seem like it should be a little more rigid on the sides.

Best Mattress Ever

I am very pleased with my May 15, 2026 purchase of Helix Dusk Luxe - Queen / GlacioTex Cooling Cover with a Waverly Bed Frame. Helix customer service was spot on, rep. helped me to choose the right mattress. And as a teacher I received a significant discount. Overall both a very positive buying and now sleeping experince.

Dusk luxe too firm

This mattress was too firm for us. Customer service was amazing and listened to our needs and swapped our dusk luxe for sunset luxe. They also added a cooling layer I think which we really didn’t need but don’t notice a difference in cooling. We love the softness of sunset but notice that our fitted sheet slips and slides because of cooling layer. Wouldn’t recommend this if u like tight fitting fitted sheet slips . . haven’t contacted them yet about this but I know they will make it right for us. Best customer service ever!
