Absolutely love this product. Helps me sleep and stay asleep.

Used this for years

I have used this product for years now. It really "turns the volume down" when my mind is too agitated with all the happenings of life. I do occasionally use it to help me sleep. It doesn't knock me out--the effect for me is just soft and gradual. I'm glad to be able to purchase this formula from Oregon's Wild Harvest.

I take 1 or 2 capsules and it seems to help me stay asleep a little longer and feel rested.
