I didn't use enough the first time. I learned to be generous and don't wait for cramp to start. Anticipate needing it and slap it on. Don't be shy! i also started being more diligent with salt tablets. Believe both and of course electrolytes are necessary.

Love the gel. Relieved pain very quickly. Rubs in well-not sticky. Only problem is the lid won’t reclose.
