Silver Travertine 2x4 Split Face Mosaic Tile (Clearance)

Beautiful but broken tiles in every sheet

I was excited to purchase this tile and install on my pool waterfall. I ordered a sheet of this and a sheet of the ivory. We decided on the silver and was anxious to get started. The product was shipped in a timely manner and it appeared to be well packaged on a pallet. I was quickly disappointed as I started opening the boxes. I would say that almost every 12”x12” sheet had atleast 1-4 cracked pieces. This made installing very difficult and very time consuming. I ended up having to cut every sheet into since rows and piece mill everything together. I ran out of tile because of this and I’m not sure what to do. I don’t want to order more stone to have it arrive broken but I also don’t want to start over. Not a very happy customer right now and hopefully the company makes things right.
