Came damaged

The package arrived damaged, most if not all were broken, I originally requested a return never got back to me In a reasonable time. So I sent a personal email they got back to me quick sent me a shipping label to send the item back. Difficult to do when I don't have a printer. Sent it back and they refunded the nuggets. Customer service was great! On the side note the people who got back to me from the request return did send a shipping label but had my address wrong. I really wanted to try these out just needed better packaging perhaps? Gave it 3 stars just for the fact it arrived damaged and had to find a printer.

Disappointing

I received 2 packages of the dishwasher pods and quite a few pods in both packages had burst open.
