Good stuff but not measured correctly

I ordered 9m of what was sold as 4m wide, the stuff that arrived is only 3.88m wide, which is very annoying as my room is 4m wide so now I’m going to have to cut pieces up and stick it down to make it fit - when I wouldn’t if it had been the size it was sold as.
