Nice house warming gift. Customer service was difficult. I recommend paying the extra $1 to review the product as they had no common-sense and the first one they sent me to review didn't include the street name. I had to go back and forth several times to get what looked good and it took them up to a week to reply each time. Also they didn't send the note with it that I requested so the recipient didn't even know who it was from. End product was good despite the journey to get there.

I would love to leave a positive review, however after 21 days I am still yet to receive the housewarming gift I ordered for my friend.
