I bought these knee pads for my yoga practice. I use a yoga mat, but until now I have also needed to fold a yoga blanket under my knees to protect them. With these knee pads, I no longer need a yoga blanket (which would end up in the way sometimes), and I can concentrate on my practice. Thank you!
