Our turkey was so tender and delicious! It always amazes me how little cooking time is needed but the results speak for themselves! A little more expensive than some turkey options but worth every penny! Plus, the turkey has had a good life, enjoying natural free range behaviours.

Clear instructions for cooking, but more importantly a fabulous tasting bird! It fed 15 people easily and made the most terrific stock afterwards, no doubt a sign of good rearing! Thank you so much for providing such an excellent bird for Christmas lunch.
