Like Trying To Ride A Rocket Into Hyperspace Without Proper Training

Two weeks later, I'm still trying to figure out how to operate the device. When I ordered it, I automatically assumed it came with an instructional guide. Especially, this should be the case on something this "super-tech." And also, because it is a beginner's radionic device, an operational guide should definitely come with it. The standard manual for the devices does not include the RAD 100 (at least didn't see it there) and the 11 minute YouTube Video clip is just a general presentation and does not discuss how to use the dials to locate various frequencies.
