Sounds better than it is

I was a bit excited to try this product - protecting my hair while giving it a shiny, glossy look was very appealing. The directions for use don't specify how much to use, so I started by using a quite small amount. The result was no affect, certainly no shine and it didn't tame those flyaways. I used more next time, pretty much the same result, except now I noticed that my hair was a bit weighed down and it felt heavy. Next time I used a bit more. No shine, just heavy, sticky, greasy hair - more dull than glossy. Also, the mode of applying "emulisfy in your hands till it turns glossy" or something. It ends up covering your hands and sticks to them rather than your hair. Don't bother. Very disappointing. Just another hair product that promised the world and is actually just a waste of money.
