I have to give 5 stars. I have been using this mat cleaned exclusively for the past year. We have had 0 incidents of skin disease in our gym. There is no heavy odor like when bleach is used. There is no film on mats, or slippery surface left behind. Easily mixes in the sprayer and applies evenly. I won't use anything else.
