Disappointed to say the least

The shoes are beautiful, even though it looks like the pair I received was warn before... they are also VERY POINTY. DO NOT GO DOWN A SIZE! the sizing from this store is WAY off. I followed the measurements, I am usually an 8.5 but a 7 in this shoe and 8 in another of their pair, plus it says to go down half a size... so I ordered a 6.5. BIG MISTAKE. can't get my foot in at all. So I started the return process after reading so many good reviews... only good if you are in the states!! Do not order from this store internationally unless you want to pay over $67 shipping, $55 import fees, and then return expenses PLUS a 25% restock.... um what??? It already cost me more than the shoes to ship to Canada but they don't cover any return fees and charge more?? Very disappointed and won't be ordering from this company again due to the VERY poor consistency in sizing plus the ridiculous fees to ship. I got them fast (within a week) but would have rather waited longer to save about $70 CAD. Very sad! Will have to give them away or try selling here as it is too much to return. the other pair I received, luckily fit better but are not comfortable at all - these are the same, would say more on fit/comfort if I could get them on but they dont look comfortable. All the good reviews must be from the states as majority of them have had to return for another size, but no international reviews yet - so here you go. 10/10 wouldn't recommend
