After exchanging, the wrong tube is given to my colleague

The condition of the product is excellent. Despite giving the model etc, the wrong tube was given to my colleague. Good thing there is an opening in the plaster for the excess length to go through else have to make another trip to exchange again.

Needs better packing?

Ordered 10 bulbs but 3 arrived smashed. Could hear the tinkling of broken glass even before opening.
