Good Experience

Overall it was a good experience when ordering. I came across the issue however that it said in the tracking that my item was shipped but I received it 2 days later (it was during Black Friday season so it was very hectic). However, Chris was super helpful and responsive in case the package was for sure missing. The pins were exactly how they looked like in the picture and are super durable. They have been on my backpack for 2 years now and havent given any way yet. Overall, he is an amazing artist, loves what he does and is willing to help and sort out any issue you have with your orders!
