Love the puzzles. Customer Service is severely lacking though

I bought this puzzle as a Christmas gift for my wife. We completed the puzzle on New Years Eve and noticed one piece has a very noticeable chip out of the paint. I contacted them via email with pictures to notify them and see if they may possibly offer a resolution (or even just an apology for that matter). I did not receive a response. On Jan 18th, I received an email to submit a review on the puzzle. I sent another asking if anyone is even going to respond. It's now been about 6 weeks and I have received no communication from them. No apology, no offer to replace, no offer of refund or even discount off of the purchase or even a discount on future purchase. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service that I have received. This is the third puzzle my wife and I have purchased, and these are not cheap puzzles. The puzzles are gorgeous works of art really. I refrained from posting a review when I first received the email to do so, just to see what their response would be. So, here I am posting my review on my most recent experience with them. This review would have most definitely had been 5 stars if I had just received a response from the regarding the issue. I know I will more than likely purchase again, because my wife and I (even our kids) love these puzzles. Would I recommend the puzzles? Absolutely. I just hope other purchasers don't have issues with theirs.

Beautiful puzzle. The piece design is amazing, Jason is a genius/artist in his own right. This is my second stumpcraft puzzle and there is a third on the way.
