No Communication, Slow to Deliver

I like the shoes I bought and when you asked me last time if I’d shop again, I said probably not. You are not a bad company, just old school, not a best in class digital retailer. It’s hard to believe that you do not have a platform that communicates the status of the order. One has no idea how long it will take to deliver the items purchased. It might be as long as other platforms, but it feels longer because there is not communication with the customer. I know last on the last purchase it was like two weeks. I will most likely purchase these shoes again as I have worn them for years and do not know anywhere else to purchase them today. So, you are not a bad company, just old school with no after sale communications. I also find most of the items in your catalog so old school that I will buy none of them. I grew up on Nantucket, raised my kids on nantucket, bought from Murray’s for two decades, but I don’t wear heavy cotton canvas or madras any longer. I like performance fabrics from companies like Peter Millar.
