I had a question about the product and e-mailed Customer Service. I got a quick and friendly response The item arrived in a timely fashion and the quality and color are great!

Good customer service

The pouf is just as described and pictured- very nice. I was wary about buying it because it's made of goat leather, and I don't care for the smell. I was offered free return shipping if I wasn't happy with the purchase. It does have a slight odor, but it's not overpowering. Let's say it has a presence when you're near it! Any kind of leather will have a smell, anyway. I'm hoping it will be gone after some time, but it was not a deal breaker for me, and I'm super sensitive to smells!
