Excellent customer service! My H#1 placed an order and I got an order confirmation email w/in an hour, only to notice H#1 ordered the WRONG size of film (for our printer). So in a panic, I called Norcal SPS and got no answer, so I called again....no answer. BUT then Steve called me back (becuz he saw I had called). I chatted with him & explained the problem. He was able to pull the order, pullout the box of incorrect film and replace it with a box of the correct film size. AND we still got our print supplies the next day! Whoa, I'm impressed!
