I purchased the Angus-J Louie Two-Tone Bracelet for the Seiko Alpinist SPB121. This is a decent bracelet. I didn't have the highest of expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is quite substantial. The bracelet is relatively hefty & the links are much thicker than on less expensive bracelets. The clasp is decent but could definitely be better. For this price, you probably should be getting an on-the-fly adjustment. Unfortunately, there were scuff marks in the metal on the outside of the clasp when I received the bracelet. The link screws are nice, with large heads for easy adjustment. End links are solid and they fit tightly against the case lugs, with just a tiny space on one side. Finishing is good, with both polished and brushed surfaces. Overall, a good bracelet that I would generally recommend to anyone looking to put a bracelet on an Alpinist - at least anyone who doesn't want to cheapen the look of the watch with a low quality bracelet. With the addition of an on-the-fly micro adjustment & a better clasp, this bracelet wouldn't just be good, it would be truly great. Only then would I say that it would be worth the rather high asking price.

Pricey, but well made and worth it.

The strap is too thick in my opinion. Also the Miltat clasp is definetly oversized for the filigree Alpinist watch. The yellow gold tone really takes over the attention and puts the watch itself to the background. If the shipping would have not been so far and expensive, I would have sent it back. For now I will keep it, since quality is good and it provides a luxurious appearance.
