I’m going to start by saying customer service is 100% here! I had placed an order and they delivered it to my door. Unfortunately my puppy beat me to the package and had taken an animal out and tossed it around the yard a bit, I called to see if there was anything they could do to replace the item being it was an Easter gift to the kiddos from my in laws. They replaced the item in a very fair way and I was very pleased by that! Thank you again! Now onto the items! All three of my kiddos love their animals!! My 1 year old snuggles her seal at every nap and during bed time! My 4 year old walks around with her Dinos all day and heats them up every night! My 8 year old is in love with his aligator! He also likes it heated and it helps him sleep better at night! If you’re thinking about getting one of these amazing soft and aromatherapy stuffies, don’t think, click buy!!
