The shop was presented to the public with the right decor to ensure that the customer was able to browse all the items. Our sales lady was very charming and gave us the necessary time to look and have her share her advice as to the products. I bought this as a Christmas gift for a very dear friend. When she took it out of its packaging and opened up the branches & formed her tree, we looked at it in awe! Online & pictures don't do it any justice. It's absolutely beautiful & is now one of a few treasures she holds dear.
