Our sales lady was very charming and gave us the necessary time to look and have her share her advice as to the products. I bought this as a Christmas gift for a very dear friend. When she took it out of its packaging and opened up the branches & formed her tree, we looked at it in awe! Online & pictures don't do it any justice. It's absolutely beautiful & is now one of a few treasures she holds dear.
