Incorrect Item Delivered & Poor Order Fulfilment Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Silvermans. I ordered a pair of Sanders George Boots (size 11), but instead received a completely different item, a Sanders Oxford shoe. This is not a minor mix-up; it shows a serious lack of attention to detail in their order fulfilment process. The mistake caused me unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted my plans, as I needed the boots for a specific purpose. Having to go through the return process for an error that wasn’t mine is frustrating and a poor reflection of their customer service standards. At a minimum, I expected accuracy and reliability, but this experience has significantly undermined my confidence in the company. Unless they resolve this quickly and professionally, I would be reluctant to order from them again. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience
