Sizing is off

I went with customer supports suggested size and it was WAY too big. So I then measured my feet and ordered the sizing per the size chart. I’ve already spent over $200 on simple flats so now I’m just going to wear the too small pair and my feet will hurt all day. I should have just gotten my normal size.
