Ingredient list incorrect and no response from team

I purchased this set on the basis of the products containing only the 6 ingredients listed on this page. The description very clearly states “every single ingredient is listed here - nothing hidden, ever”. Imagine my surprise when I received the products, only to find a longer list of ingredients on the boxes, including one I cannot use. So far, I’ve emailed willow by the sea twice over the last 1.5 weeks, asking for a full refund including shipping. No response.

I love these products so much. I will purchase them again! It’s not necessary to use a lot of the balm because it’s very rich, so it lasts a long time.

Smells and feels amazing!

Bought this set to try out balms/oils for my belly to help reduce stretch marks throughout my pregnancy, and I’m so happy with them so far! They smell so nice and don’t feel heavy or too greasy on my skin, and leaves my skin so soft! Will definitely buy more when I run out, and gift some to my future pregnant friends!
