Rating the polisher pro & my purchase

The dual action polisher pro is amazing great tour. I’m glad I purchased it. However, I had a problem with the blue cutting compound foam pad. The Velcro separated from the pad and I was very disappointed with it.

5" pad not 6" pad; Disintegrated pad; poor customer service

The polisher works well enough, but the pad comes with a 5" backing pad made of some sorry material that crumbles under the slightest pressure. I contacted Shurhold to make a return or to make this right - seeing as they advertise the 6" pad, or to at least send out a 6" pad and I have not heard from them. Then I get this request to leave a review, okay then.

Polisher worked great and worth the investment. Recommend purchasing an additional backing pad. Mine disintegrated after one hour. I had to two day air two new pads from another supplier. I asked the Shurhold rep if the 5” backing disk that came with my 6” polisher was ok to use with 6” pads- she said yes you’re all set. Nope!
