POOR SERVICE

I ordered size 7 and I was sent 5 to 8 they were too big when I spoke to Customer Services they said 7 is within the range and according to the the Nato Stock Number is within the range! As a QM myself and have dealt with clothing I find it difficult to understand why the manufacturers not issue a size 7 rather a range of sizes!! This is the second time this has taken place that they cannot issue a size 7 in isolation! Very Poor service Can you send me a refund as the socks are too large or find a size 7!!

Ace arctic socks

These are just like the ones I got back in the 80s and still have. They start out big and shrink a little after a couple of washes.

Artic Socks

I like the socks but the sizing is way off . They are huge. I'm a 10 but the medium up to 9 is a bit big.
