I will definitely buy again from Chans

I will admit, there was some confusion with my order at first but Chans more than made up for it with the product that I received and customer service. These days both are rare. My vanity is solid. If you buy a faucet, take it out and read the instructions immediately. After firing the contractor for awful workmanship, there was a delay in opening the faucet so I didn’t know it says to contact Chans if you don’t want the hot and cold handles rotating the same direction. In the US, we are used to opposite direction. I’m going to contract them anyway to get whatever part I need.

Remodeling a half-bathroom and needed to replace the old 1970ish vanity. Looked at all the big box stores, big online furniture suppliers and local Ma & Pa stores. Thankfully we stumbled onto this gorgeous plantation style piece at an affordable price that will definitely be the center of attention in this space! It arrived in great condition. Was well protected and packaged to be shipped. So much sturdier than anything else we've looked at. Happy, happy, happy!!! :)
