This brush is fantastic. It has a nice weight to it and feels great to brush on your lather.

Far and away better

I purchased this for the advertised size and weight, already had a silver tip badger hair and another brand of synthetic brush. Wanted to stay with synthetic for many reasons, No comparison. This brush lathers better and easier than either of my other two, and takes less shave cream to do so. I'm relegating my older synthetic to my travel kit. Sorry I waited so long to order this brush.

Was time for a new brush

My previous two brushes (so you know where I am coming from) are an older 24mm knot badger brush and a synthetic boar brush using much older tech. This synthetic brush is almost as soft of the face as the badger, but has a lot more "spine" than my other synthetic. With the larger knot and longer cut, it performs very well...better than either of my previous brushes. It has enough spine to allow you to get a good scrub, but you can still splay it out as needed. Lathers up well, even on a harder soap, and holds a good amount of lather too. Might not be as visually striking as a Tuxedo knot, but a very good performer and excellent value.
