Very disappointed

I recently bought a 14pin connector from skid steer genius that was hugely expensive. When I got it, I was very disappointed to find out it wasn't the right one. I need to hold power on one of the solenoids, it just Powers up two buttons on the svl75 so you have to hold the button down for power all the time. Something that could have been avoided if they had some good customer service via telephone

Plug and play

Like anything do your research and make sure this is the right harness for your application, but that being said, I was up and running 10 minutes after receiving this item. The item was well-made well designed, and did exactly what it was advertised as and leading up to buying it, the staff and Technical Support were awesome.
