Stupendous service and quality at a time of great turmoil!

I wanted to get a good quality, but not expensive statue for my sister's garden - can't afford a great deal. Found Banjo - and thought he might do. Couldn't see the back of him and was concerned his tail might be 'stuck' against him, so I rang for confirmation and had to leave a message (that virus that has been around) and then thought - I'd do it anyway. Then had a ring back - and told Proper Living not to worry - but would be a good idea of 'all round' photos. On arrival - he's SUPER.Tail is not just stuck on to his side... I would like to buy his brother...may yet - I do need a statue in my garden, though I do have a real cat...so maybe I don't. He has a proper muzzle and looks Siamese / Abyssinian - and since we are Abyssinian lovers - that was ideal. He's gorgeous. Came EXTREMELY well packaged with delivery note tucked inside his box, which I removed. Will wrap and give him to Clare as is - really very, very pleased with this. I will certainly buy again, if I can persuade myself that I have to have one! Many thanks indeed. Friendly good service with a lovely product of good quality. Oh, and it arrived promptly too...no fuss...no nothing - just perfection. Thank you.
