Gift Card - Equator Cafes Only

It’s a gift card.

The gift cards were empty. When the cards were attempted to use, both $50 cards were empty. The cards were sent late and empty. Not a good sign. When I get back from my trip, I need to get new cards with $50 on each card. This was embarrassing to go through this experience!!!

Do Not purchase online!

Do yourself a favor and don’t bother ordering one of these online, just do it in store and send it yourself. I emailed the company ahead of time to get assurances that the card would reach the recipient in time, which they said it. Would and they would mail it out that day. Turns out they didn’t mail it out until 4 days later. I contacted the company again, and they said it should be delivered in the next day or so. Mind you, the recipient is local to the company base and still has not received the card.
